Good morning everyone,
I’ll get right to the point. The developers as well as the community must swallow these truth pills and face it head on. No more excuses.
1) Rune II has a great amount of weapons and armour, in fact it is my favorite part about the game.
2) The combat is somewhat smooth on deathmatch but is a mess on any coop server (including offline). It stutters and sometimes makes absolutely no sense. It is crazy to think that a game from 2000 has way better and smoother combat than a game made in 2019.
3) The game begins to lag after the collection of a few artifacts and gets smooth again once you battle Loki.
4) Shallow game. Human Head, don’t pretend that there is a lot of depth in this game. God alignment really doesn’t matter – it only gives you a different weapon, stats and God power. There are no alternative side-quests.
The BIGGEST issue in this game is the shallowness. It is absolutely repetitive and boring completing the same tasks at the same locations to battle the same boss. This game genuinely isn’t worth even ten dollars. It feels like a F2P game that is in alpha.
By coming up with excuses, you all will maintain a low number of sales as well as a drifting community that absolutely hates this game.
START making questlines – actually stories. ADD in ARENA, TDM, Headball (I know you guys are working on it, but hurry up because I know so many people that are leaving the Rune community.
I have been a major fan since 2000 and have every single big box game set as well as some great memoribila of Rune 1. I am so utterly disappointed. I’m so tired of PRETENDING to like it when in reality this game is a big ball of trash (AND YOU GUYS KNOW THAT!!!)
HOW CAN ANY ONE OF YOUR GAME TESTERS AND DESIGNERS NOT KNOW IT IS THIS SHALLOW AND BORING.
DO SOMETHING AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND PROMOTING THE GAME IN ITS CURRENT STATE. IT WILL BE THE DOWNFALL OF THIS GAME.
YOU GUYS HAVE A CHANCE TO TURN THIS AROUND AND ACTUALLY BE SOMETHING BIG. DON’T MESS IT UP!
